What are the criteria used to select companies in the private asset universe?

Answer

We consider private companies located in the top 65 most attractive countries for PE/VC investors. In these countries, we consider all companies for which information about their factor loadings is available, except 100% government-owned companies, subsidiaries of publicly listed companies, and those that are branches or operating centers for other companies located elsewhere.
