Who owns the data?

There are three types of data in our database system :
Private Contributed Data: data provided by investors in infrastructure companies in accordance with the Data Contronitor Code of Conduct is treated according to the the disclosure agreement entered into with EDHECinfra. Most such data is never disclosed and remains the property of the data contributor.
Commercially Licenced Data: data obtained under a commercial licence (e.g. interest rates, raw financial data, etc) is used and stored according to the terms of the relevant licence and never released.
Derived Data: all data created, derived, computed or estimated by Scientific Infra is the property of Scientific Infra Pte Ltd. This includes all index data and analytics available in our platforms.
