Our factors used to estimate asset prices include private company characteristics such as size, leverage, profitability, age, employee base, technology, etc., financial market characteristics such as public market valuation, industry valuation of publicly listed peers, interest rates, market liquidity, etc., and finally the PECCS categories of each pillar of the private company.
