How are user accounts managed for those using the Excel Add-In tool?

Answer

  • Initial Account Creation: This would be managed by our Client Services team, and you will receive an email confirming your access once set up, and directing you to change your password credentials via the web UI (i.e. “Forgot Password”).

  • Maintenance: The user would be able reset password as per normal on the web platform.

  • Account deletion: This is handled manually by our Client Services team (clientservices@scientificinfra.com).
